PAVEL KOULEV is a film director, screen writer and artist, born in Sofia, 1997. In 2017 he graduated from the National High School of Fine Arts. Later in 2021 he graduated from the New Bulgarian University with a B.A. in animation directing. In 2021 his graduate film FISHERMEN is selected for the competition program in the World Festival of Animated Film, Varna.
