POLITICAL aquarelles

Prof. Anri Koulev is an artist whose talent belongs to the Bulgarian culture since 1970s until now. He has created in his original style of classical watercolor techniques hundreds of drawings:
illustrations, cartoons, comics, animation books, story boards.
His penetration into the digital age was smooth and concordant. Koulev continues to animate his unique drawings in a variety of techniques, while showing skills in the fine arts, feature films
and documentaries, digital animation and set design. Some of his works are published as sequences in various periodicals. His drawings carry a strong social charge, often a touch of irony or delicate sense of humour. His artistry fascinates by its original ideas and mastery techniques.
